1. Supervision takes place during school hours in practice.
2. There is no supervision during school holidays.
3. The agreed supervision times are binding. If cancellation is made 24 hours before the supervision, a replacement supervision time can be sought. If you cancel within 24 hours before the planned counseling time, the counseling time will be charged.
4. Unless otherwise agreed, an invoice will be sent to you monthly in advance by e-mail. You are requested to pay the invoice within 14 days of the date.
5. In the event of non-compliance with the financial obligation, BijSaskia can dissolve this agreement.
6. However, no rights can be derived from this. If the client wishes to end the counseling early, she will announce this in writing 14 days in advance, stating the reasons.
7. A final evaluation will take place at the end of the treatment. If a written report is desirable, BijSaskia uses the hourly rate.
8. After written permission from the parents/guardians, BijSaskia may contact the school if necessary.
